The last few weeks have been pretty tough for me on a personal level. God has been convicting me about some leadership related things that I have just plain blown. Some things I need to lead by example on. Some things that I need to practice what I preach on.
I really don't want to make a list here, but for me personally. Change is coming. I simply cannot allow myself to fail in these areas. God and his people have way too much invested in me for me to allow myself to fail.
