Ok....normally you don't hear me saying Holy Crap much but tonight is an exception. We just got approved this week by Panera Breads for their day end donation program. Under the program local charities can sign up and once approved are given a certain day of the week (for us it's Friday) where you show up at closing and they basically bag up all the left over baked goods and give them to you free of charge.
For us, our first time picking them up was today. I thought we'd get a lot of food but holy crap. We got five garbage bags full of baked goods! So here is what we are going to do. We are going to set aside enough for the next few weeks at church and the rest we are going to give away at the garage sale tomorrow. It's free you are welcome to it. I am going to go to the store and buy some saran wrap so we can even wrap it up for people.
We are going to have to get creative with giving this stuff away. We are getting this every week and we'll need to find some needy people. Anyone with any idea's hit me up.
