All summer long I have taken one day per week and hung out with my kids. I am alternating weeks and this week it was Chelsea's turn. We went shopping and went out for lunch at this little Mexican place over on Secor.
I really enjoy that one day a week. It's our time we get to catch up on what's going on and just have Dad and kid time. It's awesome that Chelsea just turned 17 this week and we can still hang out. I really like that. I gave her a little bit of a hard time because her Mom allowed her to get her nose pierced. I am not mad or anything, it's just fun making her think I am :)
Gotta love being a Dad!
